I've downloaded Nomi, but can't see it on my watch.

• Go to the App Store on your Apple Watch

• Scroll all the way to the bottom until you see Account.

• Tap on Purchased and you will be able to download it from there!

This is a standalone Apple Watch app, which means this doesn't require a companion iPhone app to work. This is a fairly new feature from Apple, and we hope that it will be ironed out soon.

It’s asking me to buy the app again (it shows on my phone).

1.Go to the App Store on your Apple Watch

2. Search for Nomi and buy it again

3. A message will appear stating that you have already paid for it, but don't worry, it won't charge you and will be a free download.

Nomi isn’t counting my steps.

1. Can you please open the activity app and then try playing the game again?

2. If the above doesn’t work, can you please check that all permissions are on? Please do this from your iPhone and go to Settings > Privacy > Health > Nomi.

3. If the above doesn’t work, restart your watch.

I can't add friends.

1. Open the watch app on your iPhone

2. Go to 'General'

3. Go to Apple ID

4. Enable iCloud for Nomi

Can I add Nomi to my Watch Face?

Yes, you can add Nomi as a Modular Complication.

The mini-games are not working for me.

This seems to happen mostly on Apple Watch Series 3s. Please reinstall the game and reboot your device.
